Brandon presented us with several options to address our current garage door opener issues. We selected one whereby the rollers would be replaced and due to the current age of our garage door opener we decided to replace it. He worked diligently (on a very hot & humid afternoon) and made sure everything was working perfectly. We now can open and close our garage door with ease. Josh explained all the options very carefully. He confirmed what I had been thinking for a while. Our 24-year-old opener had given all it was going to give. He worked quickly and efficiently to install the replacement. He also changed the rollers, so the door is now very quiet. That's a plus we did not expect. After the work was complete, he explained everything very clearly. We were even more pleased that you were able to respond and fix the problem the day after we called.

I chose your company because I had seen the Precision Service trunk in my neighbor on other occasions. I had also used other companies and was never happy with their service. Aaron Bean the tech listened to the original issues and knew what to look for as well as what to look at. The age of the original door opener (2011) and the number of years it has been install pointed to an end of life motor issue. I am very happy with the new Genie 2128 Aaron installed, it's quiet as well as able to be controlled by an app on our devices.

Precision Overhead Doors 7/11/22 Review - garage door repairs Anthony Cellucci arrived on time and did an excellent job diagnosing and completing the work needed to repair the operation of our garage door. He wasted no time to finish the repairs after reviewing the options with me and getting approval to proceed. We really appreciated this! The repairs were completed in an efficient and expert manner. He went above the call of duty to make improvements that enhanced the overall operation of our garage door. Anthony was very courteous, friendly and easy to work with and followed all Covid-19 protocols as we requested. In the future, we will definitely request Anthony for any needed repairs. Thanks for a job well done! It was also really excellent that Precision Door Service was able to provide us with same day service carrying a full inventory of parts on the truck so that repairs could be done in a single day!!!! I needed a repair on my 9x7 metal garage door. I phoned Precision in the morning and their technician Anthony was here at 3 o’clock the same day . He took a look at the problem and resolved it in about 15 minutes. After the repair was completed I asked for information on a new garage door. Anthony provided me with a catalog and pricing. My wife and I decided to order a new door and we placed the order with Anthony. So far I was very pleased with their customer service and prompt attention to the problem I had. Everything was first class from the initial call setting up the appointment through the follow up and status notifications. Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician who provided advice through the repair process and did not try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. He completed the installation of the new unit and outside keyless entry pad quickly. He cleaned up the work area and left with all the trash so I didn’t have anything more to do. He was also very patient showing me how to operate the lift and all the other features of the accessories. I would highly recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.

I am just glad I went to this company to service and repair our garage door. Aaron came prepared and conducted himself professionally at all times. He’s very knowledgeable about his craft, detailed and precise with his work from start to finish.
