We’ll have not yet but it sure looks like we will. We did have another company come out to give quote So from start to finish. Precisions phone experience wonderful and professional. The other company not so much. Next precision tech very professional and did measurements on spot and gave us quotes immediately. No so with other company. Lastly precision overall look from dress to vehicle well kept. Only thing was charge for initial quote but that’s ok as U am business owner too. Will definitely be giving the job to precision. Ty

I found Precision on the web and, after having read a few reviews, realized they were the company to contact about my problem. Opening the "Chat", I described my issues and they set up an appointment for the following afternoon between 2:00-6:00. John arrived around 2:30, examined my door and within minutes provided me with FOUR estimates; from basic parts replacement to total renovation. I chose option 2, which covered all new hardware, a new lock and a 3 year warranty. Having everything he needed, he immediately got to work. I saw nothing but professionalism in everything he did and his answers to my occasional questions were both informative and reassuring. He was finished within an hour and a half. My door, though admittedly old, never felt so smooth (and LIGHT) in its action! Granted, I did experience a little "sticker shock" when I saw the estimate, but I have no regrets whatever...Precision (at least John) is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working. We are located in Wildwood Crest, NJ. We searched online for repair service who could service us down at the shore. We chose Precision based on the positive reviews. We called after hours to request service on our garage door, which stopped working. We explained our problem to the attendant and she immediately scheduled a technician for the following morning. The technician, Aaron Bean, called first thing in the morning and asked if he could come right over. He inspected the garage door then provided us with both a verbal and written estimates. We selected the estimate and he immediately started the work. He had everything he needed to complete the job in little over an hour. The garage had obstacles in the work area but he moved them himself. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

Anthony Godleski Arrived as scheduled and introduce himself.Evaluated my garage system of 20 years. I purchase an overhaul/rebuild, springs,cables,rollers,drums,bearings weather stripping and an additional remote. You can tell he takes pride in his work, He was professional,experienced and explained everything. Before completion of the job he demonstrated what was done and had me test it.
