Great experience from beginning to end. Brandon provided the service and from start to finish was an hour and half. This was true same day service. He went over several options so I could make the best choice for me. So impressed that he could get everything done in one visit! I can't say enough positive things about Brandon. It was also very easy to schedule the appointment quickly.

The service we received meet our expectations and the work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, informative and answered all our questions. Our technician Aaron was great. He arrived on time, kept a clean work space and did a great job repairing our garage doors and new garage opener. He also made sure we knew how to use the equipment that was installed. Aaron is a great person to have on your team.

Mike actually got here before the window I was given, which was great. He looked at the problem, which was a noisy opener. He provided me three options. I went with the cheapest (no pressure from Mike). He was done in less than an hour. I was very satisfied!

We had another company come out before hand and tell us to install an opener was impossible because of a support beam not giving enough clearance. Just had my top panel on my garage door replaced. The gentleman from Precision was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. It literally took him maybe 10 minutes at most to replace the single top panel. Looks great!! Dave also contacted his office my cables broke the other. He took a look at it, call his & said a tech will be right out. As Dave was leaving the tech showed up. It the process of that fix now. Thanks for the great service!!
