I chose precision because of their reviews and they are well deserved. Our garage was like the North Pole until Mike weatherstripped the top and sides of the door. He also removed and replaced the bottom weatherstrip. Mike was prompt, polite and efficient. We are happy we called Precision!

When I called for the first time I did not know them. Got name on google. Their chat platform was good and efficient even for a old guy. How they handled the scheduling which was fast, the next day. I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service when one of my garage door opener remotes stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment the very next day. Anthony and Brandon showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my remote, and thoroughly inspected both my garage doors for proper functioning. I was then given a thorough explanation of what was discovered, and advised as to what was needed, with costs for each choice. They then fixed the issue with my remote and performed the maintenance on my doors that I had agreed to. The work was done quickly, without any mess for me to clean up later. I was very impressed and pleased with my overall experience with Anthony and Brandon. The issues were addressed, I was fully informed about what was needed and why, and I was taught how to operate the newly installed items. Precision will be my go-to service provider for my garage doors for any issues I may have in the future!

This is the second time Precision has been out to our home. The first was to make minor adjustments and this time to rebuild the garage door opener. I called late in the afternoon and they responded that day. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He presented me with a number of options. Upon deciding to rebuild the opener completely, he went quickly to work. We now have an extremely quiet garage door, like never before, complete with safety features like never before, and the convenience of an outside key pad. All equipment is covered by a lifetime warranty. Thank you Precision!
