Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite. I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. He even called me to advise me of his location and approximate arrival time. He was friendly, honest, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in 20 mins. I was very satisfied with the price. If I hear any of my friends or family have garage door issues, I will definitely mention my positive experience and recommend Precision.

He surveyed my existing doors, explained the functionality and pointed out weakness that caused the issue with my garage door. I reviewed three options and selected best one for me today. Unfortunately the information I received yesterday wasn't what I expected. With that being said, I was l informed your service would only include the removal and installation of the garage door's, not the electrical work for the automatic door opener... I would have to find my own Electrican. Suggestion: With your being in the business that you're in, It would be easier for your potential customers, clients, consumers, if you would provide them with a "Electrical Contractor" you recommend. You may also consider the possibility networking or partnering with a electrical contractor... Having to search for an Electrican and explain to them what you need, only makes it more difficult than what it should be to get the job done. Why advertise the "Automatic Door Openers" if it's contingent on another contractor to complete the job:) Respectfully submitted, Happy Holidays

The staff at Precision are great. Got a live voice immediately and scheduled for the following day. Technician Anthony was super knowledgeable and had a new overhead unit along with all the related equipment installed in an hour or so. We highly recommend these guys.

John Patton did a great job servicing our three garage doors. He was able to service our doors the same day as we called. He inspected the doors thoroughly and gave us several paths forward - things that needed to be addressed immediately; things that would be good to do for the intermediate term; and things that would take care of issues for the next several years.
