Josh was a real pleasure to work with. Did a great job on the installation of the door opener. He was just a little vague on the finer points of the pad and the camera. Fortunately the MyQ app was very easy to follow. One thing I’m still not sure of is the strength of the back up battery. There’s know question that I will always use Precision Door for all my garage door needs.

Unlike many companies I did not have to stay home all day waiting for a contractor/ technician.
