Precision Door service was very good to work with. They were on time and courteous. The service representative went over all the options to fix my garage door and what the different options would cost. He did the service and was polite and wore a mask.

Could not be more disappointed with Precision Door Service. I contacted them today and told them I simply needed one cable repaired. They told me they could do the job and provided me with some estimated costs but when the technician came it was five times more than projected. I wound up having to pay $56 for nothing. I feel that I was misled and cheated. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any job.
