I’m so happy I contacted you to fix my garage door problem. Every aspect of your service was excellent. The customer service agent who took my call was very friendly and professional. I thought I be would waiting for days to get my garage door repaired but she told me a technician would be out that same day. The technician was Jules Roldan and he was outstanding. I had a phenomenal experience two years ago having my new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors. I had a situation at the end of last week that I needed help with..called Precision and they were quick to put me on their calendar for Monday morning..and by 9:30 am my garage door problem was diagnosed, solved and working as good as new! After my problem was solved Josh, my technician, identified a structural problem with the door and explained how he could reinforce it..so a new steel plate was installed and our garage door system is working as good as new AND our garage door is stronger!!! What a positive experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks Precision and Josh!!!

We were having problems with our garage door opener. Josh came out and quickly took care of the problem. He said our opener was still in good condition and saw no other problem. He also fid not charge us a service fee since we had work just last year on.our garage door.That I thought was extremely nice and very professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

I was very please with the service provided by the technician, Rob Singletary, who arrived on time and was knowledgeable concerning the problem with my garage door opener. What we thought was a simple remote replacement became more complex actually needing a new motor. The technician explained everything every step of the way even trying to save money if possible. I’m glad I found Precision Doors and will use them in the future.

We had a new garage door opener installed in the summer of 2024. The Precision Door team did a superb job of installing the opener and attended to every aspect of the installation.
