Anthony called to tell me what time he would be there. Right on time. Hated to have to pay so much but my wooden garage door need help. Anthony was very friendly and informative. Showed me everything he did. Was definitely impressed. Would recommend Precision postively!!!.

Anthony was patient and explained / showed me some areas that needed attention so I added on some maintenance to my order today. Josh Danser did a great job installing two garage door openers, springs, cables, rollers, remotes, and keypads. He also helped us connect both of our cars to the garage door openers. Plus, we had a very old light switch he was able to connect to our cars. Josh was very courteous, professional, helpful, and answered all our questions. Your price quoted is 500%more than the other two estimates for the same work! I have one estimate for a complete door replacement including new tracks, springs,rollers, and 1/2HP belt driver opener,with 2remote,key pad,etc,etc……. For a price of $1000 tax included!!! And a 5 year warranty! Also a local company!!

I found precision doors on line. So I called and made a appointment. Their service man was on time this morning. My door was stuck closed, so he got it open and after inspection he replaced many old track wheels and 2 bad pulleys I had to repair this old door right now and will invest in a new door this coming spring.your service man was very noticeable and performed his job very well, my door works just as good and even better then befor thank you very much,I will make sure all my friends with garage doors no who to call if they have any problems.

Had a broken spring and John called on the appointment day to say when he would be here and even asked if he could pick anything up for us on the way. He arrived on time and looked at the other garage doors and made suggestions - no pressure, but we did have one thing done that the original installer should have done. He started the repair, and it was done in a professional manner with quality parts. John was very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage doors and openers. He was very courteous and truly a great representative of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Added note is that their trucks are fully stocked to make sure whatever is needed is available. Serice performed included 2 springs replaced on one door, door strengtheners on 2 doors and new safety cables on 2 doors and then John checked the function of two doors and adjusted as needed. VERY HAPPY.

Our door wouldn’t work, it was after 5. We were so frustrated. Looked online and found this company was open until 8 and we called, spoke to the nicest person who was able to send someone next day! All our frustrations were gone. Then the technician was able to come an hour earlier, but called first to see if it was OK. He was great, an extension of the already excellent service! I highly recommend this company!

Precision is always quick to respond and has the most knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Today Anthony visited to fix damage to the sensor in my garage door. He kept in constant communication about his arrival, assessed the problem quickly and easily made the repair. Cost was minimal and work as always was top rate. He even took the time to troubleshoot another issue I was having and provided written options for me.
