Amazing experience having 2 new garage door openers installed at my house. The technician Aaron was out within the hour of my calling, even though it was later in the day. He finished the job the next day, and thoroughly explained everything to me about the new openers. He was very polite and mindful of my time and schedule the whole time. Just a pleasant experience overall; I had used your services previously, and I won't hesitate to use you guys again! I highly recommend.

I obtained estimates from several garage door companies in the Delaware Valley. Precision Garage Doors was by far the best price for same quality garage door. I called and had an appointment the next day. Precision Garage Door estimator Phil took the time to call me in the morning due to getting tied up on an earlier job to ascertain if it would be ok if our appointment time may be slightly late. No issues, Phil was there shortly. He took the time to listen to my wishes and concerns, and provided thorough answers and several options regarding my particular job. Exceptional & first class professionalism. I will write another review when the installer completes the job.

I was very pleased with precision doors service. We had 2 garage door openers that were over 30 years old And both died at the same time. We called and a service tech was out the same day. They replaced both garage door openers, tracks, wheels, and moved the wall openers in approximately 3 hours and clean up after. A demo was provided for both the wall and car devices. They offered different installation plans which increased in price but did not push any specific plan which I appreciated.

We called Precision garage on a Friday afternoon. They were here within 2 hours to do the repairs. Aaron was extremely friendly and very professional. The job took about an hour. Aaron gave a tutorial on proper lubricants and where they go. Very impressed by this company.

I learned of Precision company from a nearby neighbor. I was very pleased with all aspects of the man’s work. He was very pleasant, punctual, respectful and eager to answer any questions and make certain I was happy with his work and the product and how it worked. I would rate the worker, and the company a five star rating. As for the product and how everything holds up only time will tell….but I have a good feeling. Thank you. I notice the choices below did not allow for me to list more than one item and in addition to the new springs I also had a new motor, remotes and keypad and sensors.

We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Co from website. What made us call was "family owned business". The answering service was very professional and assisted us in repair needs and if not repairable made appt for sales as well. Anthony who was very nice, came out and yes he was honest as garage doors are since 1985 with repairs during the years but ours was unrepairable this time. Then Phil R. came out from sales who was very Professional, efficient, friendly and we review doors, colors and samples. We signed up for 2 new carriage type doors for our home. Thank you !!!

Prompt and Excellent Service. My 20yr+ garage door, at times, wouldn’t close completely unless I pressed and held the wall switch. Rob was very pleasant and courteous in explaining to me what needed to be done. He replaced my wall switch and performed a general maintenance service on my door. He also left me an estimate of what it would cost if the motor failed and needed to be replaced in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with the service performed.

We called this AM and you came out the same day, repaired, serviced our garage door and replaced the external garage door opener. Your service person was very pleasant and courteous. Your response was very fast, I contacted you this A. M., you returned my call within a few minutes and came to my house the same day. Everything works great.
