I was very please with the service provided by the technician, Rob Singletary, who arrived on time and was knowledgeable concerning the problem with my garage door opener. What we thought was a simple remote replacement became more complex actually needing a new motor. The technician explained everything every step of the way even trying to save money if possible. I’m glad I found Precision Doors and will use them in the future.

The technician, Rob Singletary, kept in touch with me before arriving at my house early for my appointment. He listened to my problem, asked a few questions and told me what he would do to fix and the cost. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs and made recommendations for the future of my garage door openers. Great repair serviceman, I am very pleased with his professional service.

I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it. And repair the cable, and if the spring breaks, it's on may, he was able to know.Repair the cable without breaking the spring.Very good, I appreciated it.Thank you

Great experience. Josh called and left a message that he was on his way and gave an ETA, which I appreciated. Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs. He was easy to understand and presented all options for me to consider. I chose to replace the springs and Josh completed the job in a very professional manner.

Jules quickly saw the problem, offered a great solution and completed the repair quickly. Jules let me know when he was on his way and was on time. He explained the workings of my system and options to replace my 25 year old garage door opener. There was no hard sell and he showed me that the major parts where in good shape. He installed a new opener and set up all the remotes and showed how they all worked. Nice to know my system is in good shape. He is a nice young man, knows his service and I am happy to refer him and this company for service. The new opener came with all the remotes that I needed. The web site gave a lot of useful information to help make me an informed consumer.

The springs on both of our 15 year-old garage doors were broken and the rollers’ bearings were screeching. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony, who is the ultimate professional, expertly restored our doors. He gave me 3 options with different prices, so that I could decide what best fit my budget. This showed me that he had MY best interest in mind. I really appreciated that. I’m sure Anthony is a very important part of the company and should be rewarded accordingly. If I was head of Precision Doors, I’d be so proud that Anthony is on my team.

Jules was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about our garage door. He took time to explain what he was gonna do or what we could wait to do if we chose. My husband sat in the garage, watching him work and he explained everything he was doing to him. Jules was very patient when answering my husband’s questions. Your employee who repaired our 2 doors with new springs, cables and pulleys was courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the nuances of the job and did an excellent and proficient job. Our doors now work perfectly. Although a little pricey, we’re glad we used Precision Overhead.

Late this morning my cable broke on my garage door. My car was in the garage and there was no way of moving it. I called Precision garage doors and they said they could have someone out the same day. Josh came out and let me know what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained everything to me and gave me other options as well. He was very knowledgeable and so nice. Even the girl in the office was so thorough and professional. Josh fixed my garage door and I have to say that I am extremely happy with this company. The fact that they could come out on the same day was just awesome. I would highly recommend them!
