Your technician Joshua Danser was very, very courteous and professional. He was very helpful and explaining what was wrong and why the spring broke. He then proceeded to tell me how he was going to fix the new spring. Josh was a very polite gentlemen. Thank you

All of a sudden our garage door would not open just humming sound. Called Precision which we never used before. Got an appointment and they were here on time. Anthony Cellucci was the tech and he was very thorough in checking everything. He went over our options and he installed the new garage door opener and other necessary parts that needed to be replaced. Anthony Cellucci was very professional and experienced with his tasks. Very happy I called Precision and would recommend this company.

My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Mr Cellucci was on time, courteous, kept a clean work area and had the expertise to fix the door quickly and correctly.

Precessional and expert advise that is backed by qualified technicians. I have Aaron helped with installing a new tension cable system to replace an old system that was noisy and constantly causing issues with the cable. With the new system and 5yr warranty, I am at ease with not having to worry about when the garage door cable will break again. I highly recommend their service because of flexibility and expedient resolution to your problems.

The advertisement I saw on line stated that service could be completed immediately because all of the parts were on hand with the service technician. I called got an appointment same day within a couple of hours. Anthony, the technician arrived promptly at the appointment time and was able to give me a quote and complete the repairs within two hours. Wonderful service in every way. I called on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived not only on time but early. That is unheard of in this day and age. He was extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional in repairing my garage door. Plus, he was pleasant and courteous. Best of all, my door works perfectly now. Today my garage door would not close. I called precision doors of south jersey and an hour later I had help at my door!! Jules and Tymere were wonderful. Everything was inspected and I was walked through everything that was wrong with our garage door opener and how it would be fixed. I was given options, made my selection and they got right to work. Once finished they walked me through everything and how it all worked. It looked beautiful and ran so smoothly!! I’m so happy with everything!! Thank you Jules and Tymere for your excellent service!! Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.
