My garage door opener stopped working few months back. By chance, I saw their service truck in our neighborhood and took a picture of the phone no. I called and got an appointment right away for next 2 days, The technician, Jules, arrived at the set time period. He looked at the opener and said it's a circuit issue and not worth repairing it since it's 23 years old which I agreed. He also looked at the other garage door and noticed that the spring is almost ready to snap and the cables are worn out already which also I agreed. He gave me 3 quotes and choice the one that will replace the broken door opener and replacing the spring and cables on the other door. For me, the price was reasonable. When I asked him when can he come back, I was suprised when he said he can do it right now. Yehey!!! It look him about 2 hours to complete the job, The new door opener is belt driven and it is very quiet compared to old chain driven and can be operated thru an app. He gave me 1 remote door opener for each opener. Jules is very courteous and very professional and I liked the way he treats me as a customer. Precison garage door service is likely recommendable.

Tech (Josh) showed up on time, provided a professional assessment with various options of what was needed, along with attractive pricing, and I accepted. All work was done within 2 hours!! We had a wonderful experience with our complete overhaul of our 2 door garage including new openers, springs, pulleys, nylon rollers and more. My wife and I could t be more impressed with our technicians - Brian and Harry were so professional, patient, hard-working, and overall excellent. They took the time to answer every question we had and never showed any sign of frustration or judgement. We were on a tight budget and while the prices were not the lowest, Brian and Harry worked with us and showed the difference between quality parts and lesser parts. Over, I would recommend this company and especially our installers!

Josh was professional and courteous. He examined the door and all its' moving parts and suggested some new rollers and total examination of all moving and stationary parts of the 13 year old door. Rob Singlertary is a very good Teck. the only issue is as the main shaft turns the unit wobbles which in time could break the support brackets???

My garage door is 20 years old and was installed when the building was built. The door worked but made strange noises when opening and closing. Phil from Precision Garage Door Service came in and replaced springs, cables and rollers. Then adjusted the door opener. Now the system runs smooth and quiet and the strange noises are gone.

I appreciated the follow up calls the representative made regarding the time frame he would arrive. The two men were courteous and went right to work. They told me the handles are still on order, and I will be contacted when they arrive. After having the clear glass windows, it is an adjustment for my husband and I to see the look of the obscure glass windows. The obscure glass is a little darker than the clear glass. I hope we can become accustomed to the new look.

When I was headed out, in my driveway, the garage door would not come down. So I called a neighbor to ask if they would recommend someone. They did not know of any company, but my neighbor disconnected the overhead door and closed in manually. Then I went online and looked for a company that fixes overhead garage doors. I had two very old chain-driven garage door openers that I decided to replace with a newer, quieter model. I called and Precision offered me multiple appointment times to best fit my needs. The technician, Jules, communicated his earlier appointment progress throughout the day and actually was able to arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. He informed me that he could do the replacement that day and provided a quote on the spot. I thought the price was reasonable and agreed. There was no hard sell. That afternoon, within 24 hours of my initial call, I had two completely new belt-driven garage door openers, remotes and motion sensors installed. Its so much quieter than my old one. Jules was friendly, conscientious and an informative worker. He answered all my questions and clean-up completely including taking all the old materials. I'm very happy with the installation.
