Jason the technician who came was very courteous. When I told him what the problem was and attempted to showed him the problem didn't occur. He laughed and said of course it's working fine now. Quick response, very professional and repair was done in less than an hour. Aaron Beam immediately recognized the issues and advised me of the solutions. Aaron took his time to explain to me what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. When the job was completed, he walked me through everything once again to make sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with this service and now I cannot say enough about Aaron and this great company!

You don’t realize how important your garage door opener is until it doesn’t work! It was 6am when I searched for a service company, found Precision, called and Christine answered, what a relief! Then to find out that Jules the technician can come the same day really made my day. Jules arrived with a smile and got right to work. The door lift system needed quite a bit of work and he was here for a few hours. It’s now fully operational, much quieter than it was before and we’re able to lift it open if we lose power because of the new springs he installed. THANK YOU Precision!

Imagine my surprise to learn that not only would I receive same day service, but I received service within an hour and a half! The technician, Anthony Cellucci, was awesome. This company is the best. I had them replace several part on a garage door that needed some overhaul which they need in January in 2024. Just recently it needed a part that was under warranty, I called in at 9AM and by 10:30AM their service tech Anthony was out and fixed the issue right away.They are very responsive and customer service and the tech's are top notch.

Gargage door technician was very professional showing up promptly on time. My older door had some issues besides the broken cables and old coil springs. The tech replaced with new torsion springs , cables and new hardware. Then proceeded to fine tune all final adjustments explaining everything he was doing along the way of which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything
