I chose Precision because I've seen the name in my local area before, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I was not left disappointed, because I was able to schedule over the phone in the evening after work and get my garage door fixed the next afternoon. John, my technician, was knowledgeable and did a very clean job. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely keep Precision in mind when I need garage door help in the future.

I wanted to upgrade my garage door opener’s so I called Precision Overhead door service. After a brief discussion, I had a same day appointment for early afternoon. The technician (John) showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the offerings and I decided on a Liftmaster WIFI unit with camera. My two doors are now upgraded with very quiet openers controllable from my smart phone. Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Precision overhead door.

John came out on time, gave a reasonable estimate which showed several options. After fully explaining the options, I found the one that I felt was perfect for us. He was able to do all of the work within a few hours based on the parts in his truck, and the work was amazing. Everything was just as promised, and he explained it all in detail too. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work! And John was a pleasure!

I found Precision on the web and, after having read a few reviews, realized they were the company to contact about my problem. Opening the "Chat", I described my issues and they set up an appointment for the following afternoon between 2:00-6:00. John arrived around 2:30, examined my door and within minutes provided me with FOUR estimates; from basic parts replacement to total renovation. I chose option 2, which covered all new hardware, a new lock and a 3 year warranty. Having everything he needed, he immediately got to work. I saw nothing but professionalism in everything he did and his answers to my occasional questions were both informative and reassuring. He was finished within an hour and a half. My door, though admittedly old, never felt so smooth (and LIGHT) in its action! Granted, I did experience a little "sticker shock" when I saw the estimate, but I have no regrets whatever...Precision (at least John) is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Our technician John showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door motor.
