I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it. And repair the cable, and if the spring breaks, it's on may, he was able to know.Repair the cable without breaking the spring.Very good, I appreciated it.Thank you

Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs.
