My garage door broke and wouldn’t open. I called at 10am and the same day at 2pm a technician Anthony Cellucci arrived and repaired/replaced springs, cables, rollers, etc within 1 1/2hrs. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use Precision for any future Issues!

I had a minor problem with my garage door that was installed by Precision last September. I called them yesterday (10/26) late in the afternoon. An appointment was made with their technician to be at my home today (10/27) between 10 & 12. Their tech arrived at 10:15. The minor problem was addressed and corrected in a few minutes. Precision is an excellent company.

They evaluated my situation and installed a wonderful Genie garage door opener the same day! Anthony and Joe were personable, honest, and very efficient. Anthony Cellucci came out to look at the issue I was having with my old garage door and opener. After investigating, he explained what the culprit most likely was based on how it should be operating versus what he was seeing, since it was an intermittent issue. He provided me with some options starting with a “band-aid” option and a few other choices depending how much I really wanted to do. He didn’t push me at all on the most expensive option. Since it was an old system that one of the previous owners clearly did a very poor and sketchy DIY job with, I basically had him replace everything besides the door itself and the tracks. He completed the entire job in a couple hours the same day. After he was done, he walked me through everything he did and made sure everything was setup before he left. He was extremely detail-oriented and meticulous, and he made sure everything was installed cleanly with great cable/wire management. I would definitely recommend Precision and Anthony in particular. Very happy with the work that was done.

I had been using another garage door company and I had to be calling him regularly to fix simple problems. I last used him earlier in August and his "fix" was not working 2 weeks later. He was unable to come out for a week, so I googled and found Precision. From the first phone call to make the appointment, to the actual job itself, I couldn't have been happier. Anthony Cellucci was so kind and helpful. He explained everything in understandable terms. My garage was cleaner than before he came. Very nice! My grand dog was visiting and she loved him. THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. I will certainly call Precision again.

Precision Overhead Doors 7/11/22 Review - garage door repairs Anthony Cellucci arrived on time and did an excellent job diagnosing and completing the work needed to repair the operation of our garage door. He wasted no time to finish the repairs after reviewing the options with me and getting approval to proceed. We really appreciated this! The repairs were completed in an efficient and expert manner. He went above the call of duty to make improvements that enhanced the overall operation of our garage door. Anthony was very courteous, friendly and easy to work with and followed all Covid-19 protocols as we requested. In the future, we will definitely request Anthony for any needed repairs. Thanks for a job well done! It was also really excellent that Precision Door Service was able to provide us with same day service carrying a full inventory of parts on the truck so that repairs could be done in a single day!!!!
