Brandon presented us with several options to address our current garage door opener issues. We selected one whereby the rollers would be replaced and due to the current age of our garage door opener we decided to replace it. He worked diligently (on a very hot & humid afternoon) and made sure everything was working perfectly. We now can open and close our garage door with ease. We are happy he was our technician and he was very pleasant and courteous. Thank you.

Nice people. Be sure to view your invoice before it is posted on email. Charges there that were not relevant to me. It was adjusted and now I am happy. He also looked for issues that I declined as not relevant to my problem and they weren’t! Would call them again, but I would be cautious of the charges that came out of nowhere….

What do you do when your ancient Craftsman garage door opener out-of-the blue is not working correctly?! YOU CALL PRECISION!!! I literally placed my call today..and Melissa (super sweet person who answered the phone) told me that they would have someone out TODAY (you read that right)!! Brandon (such a knowledgeable hardworking young man) came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me two options. I made my selection AND he had my new system in, working, AND installed a keypad as well..the same day and in an hour! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Doors!!
