We had a new garage door opener installed in the summer of 2024. The Precision Door team did a superb job of installing the opener and attended to every aspect of the installation. They are attentive to every request of the homeowner and their men are professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company for anything related to the garage door.

Friends of ours recommended Precision to us because they were so pleased with the work they did for them. I am so glad I followed their advice. Their representative, Anthony, was so courteous and knowledgeable about any questions I had about getting our older garage doors running better and installing a keypad lock . He did a great job - clean up was so good our garage is cleaner than when he arrived. Doors running smoother and quieter and lock working perfectly. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.

Anthony was very professional. 15 min before the scheduled time, he informed he was on his way. When he arrived, he gave me options to look at - repairing what is needed or other options that I could add. He gave me a clear estimate and then proceeded to do the work thoroughly. Later, he explained the set up process. All in all, a thorough job. Would highly recommend Anthony as well as Precision door service.

I can't Thank You enough for the quick service and the amazing, and very professional tech you sent out to do the repairs. Aaron Bean explained everything he would do and the prices for the different levels of repairs. Great work and you could see Aaron was proud of his work. Aaron replaced the broken springs and cable to both garage doors. he tightened up my weather stripping, adjusted both doors so they work correctly and smooth. they are also much more quiet running up and down.
