The absolutely best service I personally ever experienced. The request call @ 3:20 was handled with a service window from 4:00-6:00 pm. The service rep. Josh, was at my house @ 4:00. After reviewing the problem a new unit was installed and complete service work was performed and COMPLETED by 5:00. Josh is knowledgeable and professional and just a great guy. Without question highly recommend him and Precision…thank you!

Keypad for garage door opener did not work consistently. Technician came out and replaced keypad. Warrantied it, so no charge. Whole job took 10-15 minutes. Great customer service.

I had a phenomenal experience two years ago having my new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors. I had a situation at the end of last week that I needed help with..called Precision and they were quick to put me on their calendar for Monday morning..and by 9:30 am my garage door problem was diagnosed, solved and working as good as new! After my problem was solved Josh, my technician, identified a structural problem with the door and explained how he could reinforce it..so a new steel plate was installed and our garage door system is working as good as new AND our garage door is stronger!!! What a positive experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks Precision and Josh!!!

We were having problems with our garage door opener. Josh came out and quickly took care of the problem. He said our opener was still in good condition and saw no other problem. Great experience. Josh called and left a message that he was on his way and gave an ETA, which I appreciated. Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs. He was easy to understand and presented all options for me to consider. I chose to replace the springs and Josh completed the job in a very professional manner.

Late this morning my cable broke on my garage door. My car was in the garage and there was no way of moving it. I called Precision garage doors and they said they could have someone out the same day. Josh came out and let me know what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained everything to me and gave me other options as well. He was very knowledgeable and so nice. Even the girl in the office was so thorough and professional. Josh fixed my garage door and I have to say that I am extremely happy with this company. The fact that they could come out on the same day was just awesome. I would highly recommend them!
