I have relied on Precision for quite a few years and have always been very pleased with the workmanship that was done. This last time, I can't say enough about Anthony who did a lot of work to make my garage door work like a charm. He was diligent, respectful, and most helpful since I developed an asthma attack while he was working. The kindness, concern, and empathy he displayed was above and beyond what I was ever shown by a worker. You have in your employ a very special, hard-working, and compassionate gentleman. The absolutely best service I personally ever experienced. The request call @ 3:20 was handled with a service window from 4:00-6:00 pm. The service rep. Josh, was at my house @ 4:00. After reviewing the problem a new unit was installed and complete service work was performed and COMPLETED by 5:00. Josh is knowledgeable and professional and just a great guy. Without question highly recommend him and Precision…thank you!

I called for service as my last company proved to me they could install a door but failed horribly installing the opener. Luckily Rob from Precision figured out where the other company cut a corner as to hit and run. Rob installed sensors that matched the opener as they are not all the same. Communication before arrival was great. Dont want to put prices but im really happy with Precision. They are Great. Highly recommend!
