The combination of technology used to schedule an appointment, to Brian coming out, assessing the problem, and then fixing it, was nothing short of perfect. This was my first time using Precision Door. It was easy to go on the website, chat with a rep, schedule an appointment the next day, and the technician showed up on time and was extremely thorough. Would definitely use them again.

I bought my garage doors from Precision in 2020. Whenever I have a problem with the doors Precision comes right away and fixes the problem. The technicians are super nice and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. Brian was here today and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Nice guy. Has been here before. Called before he came and let me know when he was going to arrive. Good company.

Excellent service! I called at 2pm and 'Mike' was in my driveway by 3pm and garage door was fixed by 4pm. I had to cancel two appointments since we couldn't get out of the garage and had no idea how we were going to get anywhere the next day. I would use them again and again and again. (Just make sure you book online since the phone numbers listed on the website for Cape May Co. and Atlantic Co. were inoperable. I was prompted twice to select 1 to speak to someone and then disconnected each time.)

Right out of the gate, I really appreciated that he called me from the road to give me an updated ETA to my home and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He thoroughly inspected my doors while sharing his evaluations and recommendations. He then immediately provided a comprehensive proposal for recommended services. Josh could not have been more of a pleasure to interact with and he is an excellent representative and brand ambassador for your company. Anthony Castiglione was thorough in explaining the various options for my garage door issues. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient in answering all my questions. Your Tech Rob Singletary arrived right on time. He inspected the situation and pointed out several major problems. I told him that we had discussed replacing the door. In Fact a house close by had one that my wife really liked. I drove Rob there and he took photos of it. He then sent the photos to a sales person who provided the necessary info to create a contract for a new door. Rob went over every thing with me and I gave him a deposit for the job. Painless transaction. Rob went above and beyond for us. Thank you !!!
