I was very pleased with the tech Jules. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in what was needed for the garage door. He explained what was needed and gave me options of what needed to be done. He gave me a call before he arrived to let me know when to expect him. He went over all that was needed, which was more then I expected but the door needed to be updated as it was over my living here. I definitely would recommend this company and appreciate the expertise that was given. Thank you

I got your company number from my neighbor who had used your company and was very happy with the work that was done. Your technician Anthony Cellucci was very professional and knowledgeable and he explained all the options that were available to us. He replaced the rollers, springs, extension cabels, bottom seal, 2 Genie motors and belt rails. He also replaced the wall pads and remote controls. Brian Mesmer did a good job he replaced both springs both cables 10 rollers in extreme heat! The only problem was the cost $1,140 was very expensive.

The website advertises same day service and emergency service and someone always answering the phone no matter what time it is. None of those things were true. The earliest technician came about 19 hours after we were able to contact someone. Once there, he tried to upsell us on replacing literally everything related to the garage door, but I insisted we just wanted to fix the problem. Even then, he recommended replacing the whole motor ($750), and I’m not sure that was necessary. But fine, we did it. And then he assured me that it was trivial to re-program our car HomeLink systems to sync with the new motor. It is not. I’ve been trying to do it for 45 minutes and failing, watching several YouTube videos, etc. I am just going to give up and use the remotes instead. In all, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend again.

My first time with Precision. I was having problems with a 14 yr old Liftmaster opener which I purchased through another company but I was unhappy with the service over the years. Phil came out to assess the situation and it was like a breath of fresh air. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He did a multipoint inspection starting with the small items and working up to the opener itself, giving detailed explanations as how each item could be causing the problem and why, answering all of my questions with a great deal of patience and detail. I would highly recommend Phil and Precision to friends and family.

The combination of technology used to schedule an appointment, to Brian coming out, assessing the problem, and then fixing it, was nothing short of perfect.
