I like to fix things myself. I researched everything that I could possibly need to fix this garage door. From just changing the rollers to a full installation of a brand-new door. I looked at 6 different types of doors/springs/garage door openers. I looked at Better Business ratings/technicians/location/prices. When Anthony walked in, I knew who he was/what he likes and what kind of job he would do. He gave me 3 options with 3 different prices. I chose the plan I wanted and let him do his thing. Really a nice guy with great work ethics and the job was done perfectly. So, to recap this review Excellent company/ great BBB rating and reviews/fast service/all parts on truck and ready to install/ tech did it all in 1 shot/same day! Let's not forget I knew what the cost of a good job was, and they exceeded it with excellent work and a fair price. If you have ever been ripped off/shoddy work/inflated prices and things you don't need, you will understand why a good company is the most important thing. This is a great company from head to toe!

I received Precision's coupon in my mailer coupon envelope in mail and that is what prompted me to call your company for an estimate for a new garage door. Your garage door designer, Dana Clark came to my house yesterday to give me estimate on a new garage door. He was very helpful and courteous in helping me choose which garage door I wanted and explained how the installation process & time frame works. I was very pleased with Dana's expertise in helping me and I am looking forward to having my new garage door installed once it is made in approximately 4 weeks from now.

Josh was very professional and informative when my 25-year-old garage door opener needed to be replaced. He explained both new options in detail, once installed, gave a thorough demonstration, answered all my questions and helped me set-up the keypad and the app. He cleaned up so well I think my garage was cleaner than when he first arrived. :) I would highly recommend this company for any garage door service!

We were impressed with the service Precision provided. We just moved to this house that had a manually operated garage door opener. We were frustrated beyond words. I had two very old chain-driven garage door openers that I decided to replace with a newer, quieter model. I called and Precision offered me multiple appointment times to best fit my needs. The technician, Jules, communicated his earlier appointment progress throughout the day and actually was able to arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. He informed me that he could do the replacement that day and provided a quote on the spot. I thought the price was reasonable and agreed. There was no hard sell. That afternoon, within 24 hours of my initial call, I had two completely new belt-driven garage door openers, remotes and motion sensors installed. Its so much quieter than my old one. Jules was friendly, conscientious and an informative worker. He answered all my questions and clean-up completely including taking all the old materials. I'm very happy with the installation.
