Right from my first meeting with my technician Jules I felt I was with the right company. Jules took time to explain what he would do and once the work was completed he left everything neat and also made me feel confident that all was working according to plan. Then this year the automatic door wasn’t operating and I called the company. Jules returned and discovered the problem and obtained the logic board that needed replacement. Precision gives a lifetime warranty and today Jules brought the part and had my door working like new….no charge as the warranty covered all. Thank you Precision and thank you Jules! Damaged our garage door last week such that three panels are bent inward thus making door operation very difficult because the panels do not align properly. I tried forcing the panels outward but still not good. We saw your commercial on TV on Saturday and looked you up on your (impressive) website. Scheduling a repair estimate was very easy and quick. Your technician "Phil" arrived as scheduled first thing Monday morning, evaluated the damage and recommended door replacement because any repairs would be temporary with continued erratic operation and very likely failures in the future. Phil was very understanding, courteous and professional. We are expecting our door replacement within 4-6 weeks, and we will provide a follow-up review after installation. THANKS.

Anthony and Wayne did a fantastic and neat job on the maintenance and repair of the old parts on my garage doors. They arrived on time and completed the repair of the garage doors in a timely manner.
