We have used you in the past at our previous home in Burlington Twp. We needed a new garage door opener, springs, etc. and Josh is the BEST!!!! He arrived earlier than expected, was very polite, professional and very informative. Our garage door is now so quiet! We cannot speak highly enough of Josh! He is a huge asset to your company. You don’t realize how important your garage door opener is until it doesn’t work! It was 6am when I searched for a service company, found Precision, called and Christine answered, what a relief! Then to find out that Jules the technician can come the same day really made my day. Jules arrived with a smile and got right to work. The door lift system needed quite a bit of work and he was here for a few hours. It’s now fully operational, much quieter than it was before and we’re able to lift it open if we lose power because of the new springs he installed. THANK YOU Precision!

This company is the best. I had them replace several part on a garage door that needed some overhaul which they need in January in 2024. Just recently it needed a part that was under warranty, I called in at 9AM and by 10:30AM their service tech Anthony was out and fixed the issue right away.They are very responsive and customer service and the tech's are top notch.

Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.

I contacted Precision as I had used them in the past to replace my garage door sensors. Today, my garage door wouldn’t open and my car was inside the garage. I reached out via the chat option and they sent someone within 2 hours. Rob S. was courteous, upfront, informative, and very professional. He showed me what was wrong, made suggestions, and gave me an honest quote. He completed the job in no time and my garage door is now quieter than it was before. It opens and closes easily and I was able to get my car out in time to pick up my child from pre-school. I hope to never need them again, but will definitely use Precision and recommend them to others.

Yes, I met Aaron by the garage door. He started explaining some situations to me and he did an excellent job. I recommend Aaron to do anybody’s garage door opener very professional. He definitely had a good teacher.
