Precision Door Service is a great company. Joshua Danser was very professional and he arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time which was excellent. He also replaced the old faulty plastic pieces with higher quality metal ones. Now my garage door works a thousand times better. I will definitely tell everyone that I know to use their service. I'm actually going to use their service for my other property.????

Awesome job. I came home from a long road trip, opened my garage door, and it was dead. A spring had failed, damaged the cables, and the pulley was shot. I called on a Saturday, and Precision was at my house by Monday at noon. Josh was a great tech. We agreed to do both sides of the door with springs, cables, pulleys, and nylon rollers. It’s like a new door. It’s much quieter, and works effortlessly. Thank you Josh and Precision. I can’t wait to do the other door!

I was thoroughly impressed with Precision from the ease of scheduling a service appointment through the completion of the work and payment process. Very professional company with courteous and qualified employees, including the administrative staff. Joshua Panser was the technician that handled my service call. He was prompt and well spoken. He assessed the issues causing the garage door to malfunction, explained the scope of work and provided a cost estimate and alternatives. Once we arrived at a plan he undertook the work and completed it within a hour. I’d recommend Precision to anyone in need of the services the company provides and certainly would welcome having Joshua as the technician handling the service call. He was very knowledgeable and neat and informed me also of the software and wifi capabilities that I was unaware that are built into the unit.
